On Fri, June 13, 2008 - the said book (all thirty copies of it) was at my door step.

Between May 9th and June 13th there was intense activity as emails went back and forth (I have g-mail so it tells me that I have 100 mails in one long and sustained conversation titled simply and eloquently - Query) between Leonard and me.
